New Sales and Parts are great
I have a awesome time dealing with Adrian, Shane, Zach, and Brandon. They all worked well to get me on my new bike even when I didn't think it could happen. Service on the other hand tells me that they are going to talk to Shane and call me back, the next day I have to call them and find out what is going on with my new bike and they tell me it will be next week because of how long it takes and they have to talk to Shane again and I informed them the parts were there and they just repeated to me that they would ask Shane if the parts were there and will be done the following week. Service doesn't seems to care as much about customer service and the rest of the Quaid family does. And just to clarify the service desk are the two that I'm complaining about not the guys in the back working on all the bikes. (Employee: Adrian Magana, Zach Rheaume, Brandon Quaid)
