Where do I start? I had a horrible experience at another local dealer earlier in the day . Called quaid right before they closed and kristen helped me get the application going, even offered to stay to verify they have received it. Next day went down and was greeted right away by great staff. Kristen hooked me up with a salesman Jeremiah, she told him what I was looking for. We looked at a few bikes, then I found the one! Jeremiah was easy going no b.s. type of guy! (Recommended) to anyone. Then came along finance, Kelly was very easy to work with, she was very nice and quick at getting documents done! Overall a great team and family at quaid harley davidson! Thanks for the new ride! P.s first step in the dealership to riding home, about 3 hours! And they were busy! Quick!! J Fields
