Exceptional Sales and Customer Service
I read reviews and value the opinions that others give. For that reason, I want to share the exceptional customer service I received at Quaid from Rich Huerta. Rich was nothing short of amazing. I am a new motorcycle owner and had NO idea what I wanted or what to expect when purchasing a bike. I've always wanted to ride, but a husband and children can be so restraining lol. Anyway, my opportunity came, and I stepped onto the Quaid lot with my posse. Rich greeted us with a smile. He was informative and very patient. Rich answered every question we had or thought we had. He was never pushy or dismissive. He gave me the time and attention I needed to decide on the bike that would be right for me. I didn't buy a bike that day, but Rich and I talked in the following days, and he quickly developed a sense of my personality and style. He never stopped looking for my bike. Within a short time, I received a text from Rich saying, I've got the bike for you, and he did. That day I purchased a 2020 Softail slim standard.
