I was in the market for my wife. I was looking at the online inventory and requested info on a bike that was on the website. That was my first interaction with B, the bike was in stock according to her and so we made the trip up the next day. Thats when I met Nick, absolutely amazing person to work with. I asked for B because she said to ask for her and she came down and turned over to Nick. Unfortunately I made the long trip for a bike that wasnt there, but there was a used bike with low miles in the lot. The wife liked it so we decided to purchase it. While waiting for Kelly the finance lady, (also great to work with) thats when I was helped by Bri in getting a new helmet setup. She was training another gal and both were extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I so far are absolutely satisfied with our purchase but I have to give it a 3 star due to being misinformed on a bike that was said was there by B but wasnt there, after making a two hour trip. She even went as far as wanting to schedule a time to come in and see it that day. Fortunately there was a similar bike there at a reasonable price.
