This was my first time at Quaid Harley in Loma Linda, CA. I went in looking for a shirt I viewed online but unfortunately it was sold out. After exceptionally professional assitance, Bri informed me of the locations of other Harley dealers (both in and out of state) who currently have the shirt I wanted in stock. Bri informed me on the proper procedure to order the shirt from those dealers. Bri also offered to assist me while shopping online, to inform her ahead of time which merchandise I am interested in and she would try and have it ready ahead of time.
