Rich was so on top of it! He kept us updated on when our Harley was shipped and delivered! He answered all of our questions throughly. B made sure when our new baby was delivered we got to go that day, sign the papers and take her home! All the staff that we encounter during our visit was awesome!! Thank you!!!!
