Incredibly knowledgeable and super approachable team. As a brand new rider they stressed that no question is a dumb question. I first went to Quaid a month ago and talked to Rich about bikes and what would fit me. I sat on a few bikes and he told me to go home, do my research, and he stayed in contact with me to answer any question I had. Well, I did my research and bought my bike last night. Throughout the whole process I never felt ignored or like I was being made to wait on purpose. Every team member that help my wife and I last night were incredible.
