My wife and I want to express how pleased with are with the experience we had at Quiad Harley Davidson and the team members there. As we were both been looking for bikes we drove out from Orange County on a Friday evening just to look around and see what was in stock. When we arrive we were able to enjoy to relaxed atmosphere and look at the models offered for sale with out being hassled or pressured. This paid dividends for us both as my wife was shopping for her first motorcycle and being able to saddle up on diffrent models at her own pace was just what we needed. When we had questions we were introduced to Jeremiah Wolfe who took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns about my wife's first bike purchase. Jeremiah is an exceptionally personable and genuine person with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share in regards to the bikes on the floor and the purchase process overall, we could not have asked for someone better to help us along our way. After my wife had decided on the bike she wanted I looked over the one I had my eye on and we made both our purchases then and there. Jeremiah and the rest of the staff involved stayed on to make sure we were taken care of and all our questions were answered even as the dealership was starting to close around us. This being my wife first time doing buisness with Quaid Harley Davidson as well as my second purchase from them I would not hesitate to do buisness with them again as they are top notch family dealership staffed with professionals that truly care about their customers.
