My experience in purchasing my new bike couldn't have went any smoother. I left a message online in the middle of the night asking about a particular bike and wasn't expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise B responded almost immediately. He answered a few more questions I had and then I made an appointment to go and meet with Rich. Once I got there Rich greeted me very professional and I began to let him know what I had to put down and we then proceeded to go outside where he showed me a couple different bikes. I picked a new road glide, filled out the application and Rich went in and made the deal happen. I'm very pleased how he didn't put ANY pressure on me. All I can say is don't let $60 keep you from having a new bike verse you getting a used one with tens of thousands of miles on it. Thanks again Quaid for making me part of the family.
