Everyone at the shop had great communication, a positive attitude, and were genuinely happy to assist me. Often times buying a new vehicle, the sales people make you feel like they are doing you a favor or are some sort of bother. This was the first time each person involved in my deal (and even the owner) made me feel as if I was doing them a favor and I felt their gratitude.
