Rich is an amazing asset to HD! Theres not a time I show up at the dealership that he doesnt come straight over and ask myself or my wife if theres anything he can do for us. Infact he makes us feel as if were part of the HD family regardless if we make a purchase or not. My wife always makes sure to find him and get a hug everytime shes with me. Keep up the great work!!
